Joyce Ferne, Ruth Flockhart and Sue Howard are the three team members who are resident in Kilmuir. We run the house together and  offer the individually guided retreats which form the core of our programme.  We also provide the hospitality for the events on our programme.  From time to time our team is supplemented by  volunteers, workshop leaders and guest retreat accompaniers.  Joyce and Ruth are members of the Epiphany Group, the Scottish Network of Ignatian Trained Spiritual Directors.
