You are always welcome to come and have your own space for a few days or longer. Space to reflect, recuperate, refresh, retreat depending on your need. Individual accompaniment/a listening ear is available if you would like it.

We offer a regular pattern of half an hour’s silent meditation each morning and evening to which all are welcome. This can provide a  framework for individuals who want to strengthen their own reflective practice.

These take place within the context of corporate silence; each person has a session of individual accompaniment each day.  Your accompanier will listen to you, as you reflect on whatever you choose to share of your experience and offer resources which may enable you to go deeper.

 

 

 Within the corporate silence of these programmed retreats, you may be looking for a specifically Ignatian Retreat based on the dynamic of the Spiritual Exercises   – in which case your Accompanier will be someone with appropriate training. The Ignatian ethos honours each journey in the Spirit and encourages individuals to listen and reflect on the material suggested.  This is usually from Biblical Scriptures but poetry, dreams, art or clay may also be used..

 We offer a 30 day residential retreat, based on the full Spiritual Exercises of St.Ignatius of Loyola. This specific framework provides an opportunity  for those who long to receive the love of God more profoundly and who seek to be formed through Christ into  their True Self. This retreat encourages growth in discernment and  greater spiritual freedom.  We

recommend completing  a shorter Ignatian retreat before undertaking this extensive one.
