This meditation group meets on a Monday afternoon, once a month, starting at 2.15 pm.
There is always an introduction to the time of meditation. The content and style of this varies. Sometimes a poem, or a short reading is chosen. This is followed by a stillness exercise to help calm and relax the body and mind, or a piece of music is played with the aim of helping individuals enter into the peace and stillness of the afternoon.
This is followed by sitting in silence together for 30 mins. It is our custom to conclude the meditation with a short period of receiving/offering healing light for our world and all those in need.
Afterwards all are welcome to stay on for tea/coffee and conversation in the dining room.
The gathering ends by 4.00 pm

New members are very welcome to this group. Please email us to advise us of your interest before hand, and importantly to check dates as occasionally meetings have to be rearranged.
There is no charge, but a donation is much appreciated.
