CREATING MANDALAS with Claire Winchester 

Wednesday JULY 9th

Claire will give us a brief history of the mandala to use as a guide on our spiritual journey and its power to heal.  She will be working with sound, chanting, meditation, practical work with crayons and stencils as well as time for sharing together.

It is not about drawing but about focussing, calming and centring yourself in order to express your inner light.  No artistic ability therefore necessary just a willingness to be open and to explore.

So come and join us!
