Individually Guided with Prayer Guides from the Coach House Team
An 8-day Ignatian Retreat giving the opportunity to deepen relationship with God and oneself drawing on aspects of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises. Participants meet each day with a trained guide for between half and one hour. Your guide will listen to you with respect and without judgement, enabling your reflections and offering suggestions for further prayer and contemplation which you are free to follow or not as you choose. Apart from this time, silence is maintained in the house enabling all to enjoy the peace this offers.
In a world where there can be much intrusive noise this retreat provides a space simply to unwind and just 'be', to enjoy the beautiful countryside and to pray and reflect in the shared silence.
